We may not be able to honor your request for a refund if your reason is dissatisfaction with the Content or if the requirements for downloading and using the Content cannot be met due to the specifications of your Device.
We are not responsible and do not reimburse users for the purchased Codes / Content through VPN, proxy servers, etc. if they do not work.
Unless otherwise specified in further and in T&Cs, any digital content purchased through our Website is considered non-refundable and non-transferable. Each return request is considered individually, and the decision to return can be made by us in exceptional cases, such as:
- a) we received your return request no later than 7 days from the date of purchase;
- b) you did not receive the Code by email or in your User Account;
- c) Code has been damaged and cannot be replaced.
EU residents who purchase our digital offering may be subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. In this case, they have 14 days to cancel their purchase and return the funds (from the date of purchase). This right exists only if the user does not start using the Code or Content. Our services’ provision commences after the receipt by the user of a confirmation email from us.
